For this project, I was responsible for creating an annual appeal designed to encourage donations and support for the organization. This appeal took the form of a professionally designed trifold brochure with a donation request at the end. It was sent to all of our donors and remained active for half the year until I developed the spring appeal.
In addition to designing the layout and visuals, I was also in charge of sourcing a printer that could not only produce the appeal but also handle the mailing process for thousands of recipients. This required extensive research to find the right vendor that met both quality and distribution needs. Beyond the physical appeal, I also created a digital campaign to complement it, which included a strategic mass email, social media presence, and community outreach to encourage consistent donations
This was a very thorough project, one that required a lot of strategic planning and timing. Much like most of the physical media I produced, I was also responsible for creating a marketing camping around this, including mass emails, social media posts, and local press coverage. The campaign ended with record breaking results and great returns, one of my most successful projects.
